Instead of boots made for walking there are shoes made for hanging.
There's an urban legend about that being a sign for drug dealing in the area.
I'm not sure if that's an urban legend William!!! I used to work with kids who did that sort of thing and that was what they said too!!!
BTW...Great shot Pat!!! Love how the shoes and train trestle are sharp, contrasting with the slightly blurred background! Nicely captured!!!
