Bill - He's probably smiling because they were selling so many of them.
Kathy - He did not know. Every time I've seen him, he is smiling. These photos were taken at the Palm Springs "Village Fest." Have you ever gone to it Kathy? It takes place every Thursday night. They close down a large chunk of Palm Canyon Drive in downtown. It is packed every week. Lots of fun. Music, good food, art, crafts, produce, etc.
Yep! We’ve been there! When the called it the Farmers Market!!! Probably the last time was about 10 years ago...
