It's a TV tower for an Atlanta station...WSB.
I could have guessed a Doppler radar tower for the weather people on a TV station. But I'll take your word. Microwaves is microwaves after all.

Yes, it's a Doppler radar tower. I had asked my husband and I misunderstood what he told me.
